We ask to please give us 2-3 weeks for Processing, Production, Packing and Order Drop off.

Shipping (US & Canada)
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!
Due to a large influx of orders, it can take up to 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed & packed. The shipping carrier will take it from there. We have no control over the shipping speed as soon as it's out of our hands.
We ship all orders in batches. Most orders are shipped before 3 weeks!
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information. Please allow a day or so for the tracking information to update.
*doesn't apply if you selected STAMPED shipping for smaller items
Can I change my shipping address?
You may be able to change your address if we haven't packed your order yet. Please get in touch right away with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will attempt to make this change for you.

International Shipping
How is international shipping cost calculated?
International shipping rates vary based on the order weight and destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over the high cost.
Can I host a group order for your products?
YES! We highly encourage group orders for those who wish to save on shipping costs.
Will I need to pay import taxes?
The customer will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional customs charges. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most all countries worldwide. Some shipping services may be limited in some countries. If you are not able to see available shipping services at checkout, contact us at onestardustinfo@gmail.com
